Packaging and Branding Work

It's about time I show you my design work from before Christmas!


First off I worked on re-brand for Worcester Racecourse to attract new customers to their event days. I illustrated horseshoes with different elements of each event, with a logo for each event and a main logo made up of them all. It gives each event standout while still working together.

My second project was to create packaging for Douwe Egbert's coffee, targeting a younger audience. There's lots of excitement over seasonal drinks from coffee shops online, I used this excitement for Douwe Egbert, by making associations with flavours and seasons. I created illustrations hinting to the flavours, coffee and seasons, with illustrative type and designed barcode. I really enjoyed adding all the little details to these designs.

I had a lot of fun with both projects and i'm really pleased with how they came out! I also handed in my dissertation Friday, which is such a relief. I’ve been having a more relaxed weekend, planning our trip to Scandinavia in the summer! But i’m ready to get back into designing tomorrow for my last term!
